Privacy Policy for Trevius

Last updated: 10 March 2026

Privacy Policy for the Trevius mobile application.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Trevius (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) collects, uses, and protects user information when using the Trevius mobile application and its related backend services.

Trevius is developed and operated as part of DRAKMOR - Lab of AI, an independent software development project.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Trevius mobile application and related backend services available at:

https://api.drakmor.com

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account in the App, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Password (stored in securely hashed form)

Google Account Information (if you connect Google)

If you choose to connect your Google account, we may receive:

  • Basic profile information (such as email address)
  • OAuth access token
  • OAuth refresh token

These tokens allow the App to perform actions authorized by the user through Google APIs.

Google Calendar Data

If you grant permission, the App requests access to your Google Calendar using the calendar.events scope solely to:

  • Create calendar events on your behalf
  • Update events previously created by the App
  • Delete events previously created by the App

The App does not access, read, analyze, or process unrelated calendar events or metadata.

3. How We Use Google Calendar Data

Google Calendar access is used strictly to provide the core functionality of the App — scheduling and managing call-related events explicitly requested by the user.

Calendar events are created only as a direct result of user action within the App.

We do not:

  • Sell Google Calendar data
  • Share Google Calendar data with third parties
  • Use Google Calendar data for advertising
  • Use Google Calendar data for analytics unrelated to core functionality
  • Use Google Calendar data to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models

4. Use of Google API Data

Data obtained through Google APIs is used exclusively to provide user-requested functionality.

Trevius’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The App requests only the minimum Google Calendar permissions necessary to create and manage calendar events explicitly initiated by the user.

Google user data, including Google Calendar data, is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except:

  • as necessary to provide the core service
  • as required by applicable law

Google user data is never used for advertising or profiling.

5. Token Storage and Security

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are securely stored on backend servers hosted in data centers operated by Hetzner located in Germany.

Security measures include:

  • Encrypted HTTPS communication
  • Secure server infrastructure
  • Restricted access controls
  • Secure storage of authentication tokens

Tokens are used exclusively to perform actions authorized by the user.

Users may revoke access at any time via their Google account security settings.

Upon account deletion or revocation of consent, all associated OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer paid subscriptions processed through Google Play.

We do not collect, store, or process payment card information. All payments are securely handled by Google.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as the user account remains active.

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting:

Upon verified deletion request:

  • Account data will be deleted
  • Stored OAuth tokens will be revoked and removed
  • Associated calendar access will be terminated

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We may disclose information only:

  • If required by applicable law
  • To protect the security, integrity, or legal rights of the service

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

10. User Rights (EU and Other Jurisdictions)

Depending on your jurisdiction, including within the European Union, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent
  • File a complaint with a supervisory authority
