Trevius is a mobile application that provides an AI-powered assistant capable of making phone calls on behalf of the user, communicating with third parties, and helping organize tasks such as scheduling appointments.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Calendar to create and manage calendar events requested by the user.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Google Account Integration

If you choose to connect your Google account, Trevius may request permission to access certain Google services, such as Google Calendar.

This access is used solely to provide functionality requested by the user, such as creating or managing calendar events.

Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Users may revoke Google account access at any time via their Google account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • use the Service for illegal purposes
  • impersonate another person without authorization
  • attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
  • misuse automated calling features

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Trevius may interact with third-party services or platforms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

Payments and subscription management are processed through Google Play.

We do not collect or store payment card information.

Subscription billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Google in accordance with their policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and technology related to the Service are the property of DRAKMOR - Lab of AI unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRAKMOR - Lab of AI shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of data
  • loss of business opportunities
  • service interruptions caused by third-party systems

Use of the Service is at your own risk.
